Shipping policies vary, depending on the manufacturer and your location.  SHIPPING INCLUDED applies to the lower 48 states only.  All deliveries are threshold deliveries - to the front door only.

• Sauder:  Will usually ship in 2-3 business days.  If the item needs to be ordered from the factory, allow an additional 3-5 days.
• Prepac/South Shore/Primo Mattress:  Orders ship directly from their respective factories in 48 hours.  If you requested store pickup, we will have them ship to the store of your choice.
• Primo (Non-Mattress):  Will usually ship in 2-3 business days.  If the item needs to be ordered from the factory, allow an additional 1-2 weeks (available in Chicago area only)
• OfficeSource:  Will usually ship in 1-2 weeks (available in Chicago area only)
• Studio RTA: Will usually ship in 2 weeks.
• Coaster:  Will usually ship in 2-3 weeks (available in Chicago area only)
• Woodcrest:  Will usually ship in 1-3 weeks (available in Chicago area only)

Illinois residents must pay sales tax on all orders.  Ohio residents pay sales tax on Sauder orders only.
