Chicago area customers (delivered locally or picked up at store):
If the item is displayed and stocked at our stores, returns are accepted at the store within 30 days on UNOPENED BOXES ONLY. Assembly/installation charges are non-refundable.
If the item is not displayed and stocked at our stores, a 15% restocking fee will apply. All sales of displays or clearance/discontinued items are FINAL. Debit card refunds can take up to 1 week to redeposit. For assembly assistance or replacement parts, call the customer service number located in the product instruction manual.
All other Customers: If for any reason you have decided not to assemble this product, return it via the same freight method as received with the shipping charges paid. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt for credit consideration.
Merchandise should be returned in new condition and in the original box(es) as received, if possible. All paperwork should be included with your return to insure a prompt and accurate credit. The credit card and card number used to purchase your merchandise will be credited upon receipt and inspection. The credit will be equal to the original purchase price less a restocking fee of 15%.
